ZWROTY I ODSTĄPIENIE OD UMOWY
1. Prawo odstąpienia od umowy
Konsument ma prawo odstąpić od umowy zawartej na odległość bez podawania przyczyny w terminie 14 dni od dnia objęcia produktu w posiadanie przez Konsumenta lub wskazaną przez niego osobę trzecią.
Aby skorzystać z prawa odstąpienia od umowy, Klient powinien przesłać stosowną informację na adres e-mail:
Do zachowania terminu wystarczy wysłanie informacji o odstąpieniu od umowy przed upływem 14 dni od dnia otrzymania produktu.
2. Zwrot produktu
Po zgłoszeniu odstąpienia od umowy Klient zobowiązany jest odesłać produkt niezwłocznie, nie później niż w terminie 14 dni od dnia przesłania informacji o odstąpieniu od umowy.
Zwrot powinien być wysłany bezpośrednio na adres firmy, który jest podany w zakładce "Dane firmy"
Bezpośrednie koszty zwrotu produktu ponosi Klient.
3. Warunki zwrotu
Zwracany produkt powinien zostać odpowiednio zabezpieczony na czas transportu w sposób zapewniający ochronę zegarka, opakowania oraz wszystkich dołączonych elementów przed uszkodzeniem.
Klient ponosi odpowiedzialność za zmniejszenie wartości produktu wynikające z korzystania z niego w sposób wykraczający poza konieczny do stwierdzenia charakteru, cech i funkcjonowania produktu.
W przypadku zwrotu nowego zegarka produkt powinien zostać zwrócony w stanie umożliwiającym jego dalszą sprzedaż jako produkt nowy.
Zwrot powinien obejmować wszystkie elementy otrzymane przy zakupie, w szczególności:

oryginalne pudełko,
-
instrukcje,
-
kartę gwarancyjną (jeżeli była dołączona),
-
certyfikaty,
-
metki,
-
dodatkowe paski,
-
akcesoria,
-
wszystkie usunięte ogniwa bransolety.
Jeżeli zegarek posiadał fabryczne folie ochronne, plomby, naklejki lub inne zabezpieczenia producenta, nie powinny one zostać usunięte.
Usunięcie folii ochronnych, uszkodzenie plomb, użytkowanie zegarka wykraczające poza zwykłe sprawdzenie produktu, zarysowanie koperty, bransolety, szkła lub innych elementów może skutkować zmniejszeniem wartości zwrotu zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa.
4. Zegarki używane
W przypadku zegarków używanych naturalne ślady użytkowania, które zostały opisane w ofercie lub przedstawione na zdjęciach produktu, nie stanowią podstawy do reklamacji ani roszczeń związanych z niezgodnością towaru z umową.
Stan techniczny oraz wizualny każdego używanego zegarka jest indywidualnie opisany w ofercie.
5. Zwrot płatności
Sprzedawca zwróci wszystkie otrzymane od Klienta płatności, w tym koszty najtańszej dostępnej formy dostawy oferowanej przez Sprzedawcę, nie później niż w terminie 14 dni od dnia otrzymania informacji o odstąpieniu od umowy.
Sprzedawca może wstrzymać się ze zwrotem płatności do czasu otrzymania zwracanego produktu lub dostarczenia dowodu jego nadania, w zależności od tego, które zdarzenie nastąpi wcześniej.
Zwrot środków zostanie dokonany przy użyciu tej samej metody płatności, która została wykorzystana podczas zakupu, chyba że Klient wyraźnie zgodzi się na inną formę zwrotu.
6. Wyłączenia prawa odstąpienia od umowy
Prawo odstąpienia od umowy nie przysługuje w przypadkach określonych w art. 38 ustawy o prawach konsumenta, w szczególności w odniesieniu do produktów wykonywanych według specyfikacji Klienta lub służących zaspokojeniu jego zindywidualizowanych potrzeb.

RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
1. Right of Withdrawal
A Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date on which the Consumer, or a third party indicated by the Consumer, takes possession of the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer should send a clear statement to:
The withdrawal period is considered to have been met if the Customer sends the withdrawal notice before the 14-day period has expired.
2. Returning the Product
After notifying the Seller of the withdrawal from the contract, the Customer must return the product without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which the withdrawal notice was submitted.
The product should be returned directly to the company address provided in the “Company Details” section of the website.
The direct cost of returning the product shall be borne by the Customer.
3. Return Conditions
The returned product should be properly secured for transport in a manner that protects the watch, its packaging and all included items against damage.
The Customer is liable for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling or use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
In the case of a new watch, the product should be returned in a condition allowing it to be resold as a new product.
The return should include all items supplied with the product, in particular:

original box,

instructions and manuals,

warranty card, if included,
-
certificates,
-
tags,
-
additional straps,
-
accessories,
-
all removed bracelet links.
If the watch was supplied with original protective films, seals, stickers or other manufacturer's protective elements, these should not be removed.
Removal of protective films, damage to seals, use of the watch beyond ordinary inspection, or scratching of the case, bracelet, crystal or other components may result in a reduction of the refund amount in accordance with applicable law.
4. Pre-Owned Watches
In the case of pre-owned watches, normal signs of wear that were disclosed in the product description or shown in the product photographs do not constitute grounds for a complaint or a claim based on lack of conformity with the contract.
The technical and cosmetic condition of each pre-owned watch is described individually in the relevant product listing.
5. Refunds
The Seller shall refund all payments received from the Customer, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Seller, no later than 14 days from the date on which the Seller receives notice of the Customer's withdrawal from the contract.
The Seller may withhold the refund until the returned product has been received or until the Customer provides proof that the product has been dispatched, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless the Customer expressly agrees to another method.
6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases specified in Article 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, including in particular products made to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalised to meet the Customer's individual needs.
